With over 40 years of farming experience in the Upper Hunter, we are passionate about providing the public with a quality product that comes direct from our farm and farmed following organic principals.
All our produce is born and bred on our farm.
We know the full history of our product, unlike the majority of meat products purchased at general markets, butchers and supermarkets.
Our core objective is to provide restaurant quality, grass fed beef, season lamb, open range ducks and duck eggs, direct to the general public, primarily through farmers markets.

We believe as soon as you introduce grain into the diet, the cattle metabolism begins to change.
Some claim that their product is grass fed when in fact, the cattle have been put on a short grain feeding regime or are grain supplemented.
We are prepared to accept a degree of seasonal variability in our product and remain truly grass fed.
We are passionate about this rare breed and the exeptional consistant quality that the Linoln Red breed provide.

Free Range Season Lamb
Our flock consists of various breeds for diversity including: Dorper, Australian Merino, Polled Dorset, White Suffolk, Aussie Whites and Border Leicester.
Yarded when required at night for safety.
General cuts and roast available along with mince and sausages.
Special requests and orders welcomed with adequate notice to arrange.

Our Guardian Livestock Dogs
Introducing Henry & Etta
Henry and Etta were brought on to the farm as puppies in 2019 from a local Maremma Breader.
They have been loyal protectors of our livestock on the farm including poultry, sheep and cattle. Since their introuction to the farm we have had a significant decrease in fox and wild dog activity with no sightings of wild dogs on the property.
Along with being excellent guardines of livestock they are also well loved members of the family.

We enjoy chatting to the general public, providing them with knowldge about our produce along with the opportunity to know what they are eating and where it comes from. Our meat is indivually packaged and lablled. Come and see us at the market and chat directly to the farmer.
